If you change your mind after you have received your pillow, you can raise a return / refund request using our contact form within 100 days from the date of your order. We provide two types of refunds. The refund you receive is entirely based upon whether the pillow is unopened and in the original packaging.

For our team to process your return with a full refund, we require the pillow be in its original packaging, unopened and sealed in its original re-sellable state.

However we do understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you wish to return your pillow within 100 days from purchase and you have removed the pillow from the packaging, we will issue you a refund of $100 upon receipt of your pillow.

If more than 100 days have past since your purchase was made, you will not be eligible for a refund or a return.

Note that we are not responsible for any costs associated with returning the purchased product back to our warehouse. We will provide a PO Box for returns and refunds will only be purchased after we have received the returned item.
